An exercise therapist uses movement as medicine to help people improve their health and function. Unlike a personal trainer, whose focus is general fitness, or a physiotherapist, who primarily treats acute injuries, I, Rose, specialize in creating safe, individualized exercise programs for people recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions such as heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, and other ongoing health concerns.
I am also a student of Manual Osteopathic Therapy and incorporate these techniques into my practice when appropriate. If you're wondering what that means, one of my clients described it best: "It's kind of like chiropractic and massage therapy combined, using gentle, quiet movements to help the body move from dysfunction toward better function."
Special Offer: Mention The Light Yoga in your email when booking, and you'll receive $10 off your initial appointment.
